All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, taxes, duties, and other charges are shown at checkout where applicable.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when payment has been authorised and we confirm the order. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, there is a pricing or listing error, payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud or unauthorised activity.

If we cancel an order after payment, we’ll refund the amount paid to the original payment method.

Shipping

Delivery estimates and shipping costs are shown at checkout. Delivery times may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control.
